Bloods4you will always provide patients with the highest standard of care, compassion within all our confidential & private services.
A private appointment is required, for any of our confidential & private services, from full testing services, phlebotomy services & Urine testing service & confidential services.
Bloods4you requires all patients over the age of 18 years old to read, date & sign Bloods4you Explicit Consent Form, which will be emailed over to all patients via an encrypted email, for any private & confidential services to be carried out, failure to provide written consent, no services will be carried out.
Bloods4you do not provide any private & confidential services to minors/children under the age of 18 years old.
Bloods4you do not interpret or diagnose any private & confidential Pathology reports.
Bloods4you will aim to provide all patients with their test results, within 1 day, (depending on test requirements) on very rare occasions, due to IT Issues, delivery of test samples (Royal Mail/private courier) there may be a delay, you the patient/clinic/business will always be informed, either via telephone or email.
All test results will be emailed as an encrypted PDF file, directly back to the patient only, if a patient requires a different person/s GP/Private Consultant or other Medical Professional, written consent will be required.
Terms and Conditions
Payment for any private services is required on the day of your booked appointment, via means of:-
Bacs Transfer, Credit/Debit card or Cash, we do not accept American Express or JCB. You will always be issued with an invoice with any private & confidential services. Payment of private services to Businesses or Private Clinics, is required within 5 working days.
You the patient/business/clinic confirms that you have read, understands & agrees to all our terms & conditions of all our services.
